Mick was suggested as a dinner speaker last year, however at the time we hesitated because there was some concern that Mick’s story may have become fatigued given how long ago it happened, and that Mick seems to be very active on the speaking circuit.  We were worried that there would be guests at our dinner who have previously heard his story.  (Our AV Technician from our day conference said he’s ‘done Mick 3 times, but don’t worry, he’s hilarious’.)  However, I am very glad that we ended up booking Mick!  I didn’t get any ‘fatigued’ feedback at all.
